Delivery to Omniva parcel

As soon as your order is delivered to the Omniva terminal, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase. You will be able to pick up the package within 7 days after receiving the SMS.

To receive the package, press the "Receive package" button on the Omniva terminal screen and enter the door code received in SMS or e-mail. When the locker door opens, take out the parcel, close the locker door and necessarily confirm the receipt of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button on the screen.

Delivery to DPD Pickup point

As soon as your order is delivered to the DPD Pickup point, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase. You will be able to pick up the package within 5 days after receiving the SMS.
