The seller of the goods offered in this online store is SIA “Splendid Duo”, reg. no.: 40203506464, tel.: +37123479993, legal address: Sofijas iela 4 – 11, Riga, LV-1005, e-mail: info@dealit.lv on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who places the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude a mutual agreement or Distance Agreement and it is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Lithuania Regulation no. 255 "Regulations on the distance contract".

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Ordering, delivery and payment procedures

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased.

The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within the terms specified in the order, except in cases of force majeure. The delivery time is agreed with the Buyer.

Payment can be made:

• by bank transfer, when the invoice corresponding to the order is sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. When paying by bank transfer, the product is prepared and sent out when the money is transferred to the bank account of SIA "Splendid Duo" or upon presentation of a payment order approved by the bank with a stamp and signature
• using the payment tools built into the Internet service - internet bank, payment card
• in leasing

When the order is paid, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email to the specified email address. The selected supplier will inform you about the delivery and receipt of goods, more detailed information is available in the section Delivery 

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product by sending a letter of refusal to the e-mail address info@dealit.lv. The cancellation letter form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.

The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal. To hand over the product, the Buyer contacts the Seller at the e-mail address info@dealit.lv or by calling +37123479993 and agree on the way to return the product. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that the customer used in the transaction.  

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or can be used up quickly;
• the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order;
• the buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings or computer programs (also applies to handheld computer, navigation device, tablet, etc. software)
• the product's original packaging and assembly, as well as the purchase document, have not been preserved

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in the event that the product is damaged, by careless handling of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged. Therefore, SIA "Splendid Duo" reserves all rights to file a civil lawsuit against the consumer in order to recover the damages caused to SIA "Splendid Duo", in cases where the product is not returned in its original packaging, the packaging of the product is damaged, product seals are damaged, the protective film is torn ( for example from the display of mobile phones), there are visible signs of careless use, such as scratches and similar defects.
