1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, we provide consumers with a 2-year warranty for all goods purchased by SIA "Splendid Duo".
2. The warranty conditions are valid if you can present:
- a document proving the purchase (Invoice, check or receipt);
- manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product package).
3. The manufacturer's warranty conditions are not valid if:
- the product has mechanical damage
- the product has damage to the warranty seals, device serial numbers, or you have tried to repair the damage to the device yourself
- the damage was caused by a natural disaster (flood, storm, lightning strike, fire, earthquake)
- the damage was caused by the fact that a foreign body, liquid, insects, etc. got into the device.
- if you have used non-standard power supplies, accessories and spare parts, as well as non-original consumables (cartridges, toners, etc.) that have not been certified by the manufacturer for use with the specified product, and if this has caused damage to this product
- the damage will have occurred due to supply voltage, telecommunications, non-compliance of cable networks with the manufacturer's standards, rapid temperature fluctuations, as well as other household and external factors (soot, smoke, dust, moisture)
- you will not have performed regular service maintenance (applies to goods that require it, for example, cleaning the computer from dust, etc.)
- you will use the product for production or professional purposes (if the specific product is not intended for such purposes)
4. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to any type of data loss in data carriers in CD/DVD/Blu-Ray matrices, flash drives, memory cards, hard drives, etc., which occurred or may occur as a result of (direct or indirect) damage to the above-mentioned data carriers. SIA "Splendid Duo" is not responsible for data loss when using data carriers purchased from SIA "Splendid Duo". It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your data and to back up your data.
5. The 2-year warranty does not apply to consumables, such as printer inks, toners, laptop, mobile phone and all kinds of battery batteries, consumables, all such goods subject to natural wear and tear.
6. Before submitting the product for repair, you take care of the security of your data. Service centers do not guarantee the preservation of data after repair, the customer is responsible for data backups. Make backup copies of your data.
7. SIA "Splendid Duo" is not responsible for the software installed on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
8. In case the product does not work correctly, you have the following options:
- Go directly to the manufacturer's authorized service center, as a result of which the service will be done faster. A document confirming the purchase (check, receipt, invoice) and a warranty card must be brought with you. If the product has a serial number (for example laptops, printers, etc.), then the serial number must be visible on the purchase document

9. Non-compliance with the provisions of the contract (defect) is rectified within a reasonable period of time.
10. We can deliver the repaired product to a place of your choice, according to the price list of delivery fees of logistics cooperation partners.
