The parcel is stored in the parcel machine for 72 hours. After 72 hours, the courier will pick it up, and the recipient will be sent a text message with a link and instructions on how to redirect the parcel to this or another parcel machine for re-delivery. Parcels can be redirected within 4 days of receiving the text message. If this is not done within the specified time, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Delivery to Omniva parcel

Price: 2.73 EUR

As soon as your order is delivered to the Omniva terminal, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase. You will be able to pick up the package within 7 days after receiving the SMS.

To receive the package, press the "Receive package" button on the Omniva terminal screen and enter the door code received in SMS or e-mail. When the locker door opens, take out the parcel, close the locker door and necessarily confirm the receipt of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button on the screen.

Delivery to DPD Pickup point

Price: 2.94 EUR

As soon as your order is delivered to the DPD Pickup point, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided at the time of purchase. You will be able to pick up the package within 5 days after receiving the SMS.

To receive the package, press the "Receive package" button on the Paku Skapis terminal screen and enter the door PIN-code received in the text message. When the locker door opens, take out the parcel, close the locker door and necessarily confirm the receipt of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button on the screen.
